Yes. While we do offer a range of packages for organizations, your users cannot be on different pricing tiers and will come under the same package you purchased from us. If, at any time, your teams’ needs increase and you wish to upgrade your pricing plan, you may do so by getting in touch with us.
Plans are available on month-to-month or annual basis and can be upgraded or downgraded at any time. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for downgrades).
